7. Arbitration / Dispute Resolution

If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, mutually appointed by both parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, the appointment shall be made as per applicable statutory provisions. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. LPI Media Co reserves the right to seek interim or injunctive relief from competent courts when necessary to protect its rights, interests, or intellectual property.8. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute, claim or legal action, the parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi, India. No other court or forum shall have jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
